Welcome to My Account

My Account is an easy-to-use online portal for Chugach members. Once registered for My Account, you can pay your bills, sign up for automatic payments, review your usage and track billing and payment history. You can also sign up for outage and usage notifications, as wells as explore additional members tools within the portal.

Getting Started with My Account

Watch this short video to get started.
All you need is your member number, account number and an email address for registration.

Online Member Portal

  1. Click on the “My Account” button in the top right hand corner.
  2. On the next page, click on “Create an account” and enter your member and account number, including the leading zeros, to register.
