Current Status

The online map shows customer-reported outages, but not necessarily all of the hundreds of customers left without power when a significant disruption trips a substation breaker, de-energizing a primary feeder. Outages automatically populate to the map as customers report them, but aren't removed until a person confirms restoration has occurred and clears them. Consequently, there can be a delay in real-time status.
