Chugach Electric Association fills positions

Dustin Highers has been named Director, Power Supply Technical Services at Chugach Electric Association. He will oversee the development of new generation while providing project management and engineering support to the Power Supply Department. He has been the Acting Director, Power Supply Technical Services since December 2007. Prior to that he was the Plant Manager, Peaking & Hydro Plants. Highers started working at Chugach in July 2002. He has a multi-disciplinary marine systems engineering degree with an emphasis on mechanical engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY.

Theresa Quigley joined Chugach as the Manager, Plant Accounting. She previously worked as an Associate Controller for Sierra Southwest Cooperative Services, Inc., in Benson, AZ. Quigley had worked at Sierra Southwest since 1995. She has a bachelor of science degree in accountancy, with a management accounting emphasis, from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.
